Aevos Technologies (“we”, “us”) operates Campus Matrix. This policy explains what data we handle, how we use it, and the choices schools and users have.

1. Information we collect
We collect information a school provides to operate its account — such as student, staff and parent records, attendance, fees and academic data — plus basic account details for the users who log in. We also collect limited technical data (device and usage information) to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. How we use information
We use data solely to provide and improve the Campus Matrix service for the school: running modules like admissions, fees, attendance and examinations, sending notices the school configures, and generating reports. We do not sell school data.
3. Data ownership
The school owns its data. We act as a processor on the school’s behalf. Schools control what is entered, who can access it, and can request export or deletion of their data.
4. Access & security
Access is controlled through role-based permissions, so users only see what their role allows. Each school’s data is isolated at the database level, we maintain activity and audit logs, and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data.
5. Parent & student data
Parents and students access only their own (or their children’s) information through dedicated portals. This data is used to keep families informed about attendance, homework, fees and results.
6. Data retention
We retain school data for as long as the school’s account is active, and as needed to provide the service. On account closure, data is handled per the school’s instructions and applicable law.
7. Third-party services
Where we use infrastructure, payment or communication providers to run the service, they are bound to protect data and use it only to provide their service to us. Online fee payments settle directly to the school’s own account.
8. Your choices
Schools can manage user access, update records, and request export or deletion. Individual users can update their profile and manage notification preferences within the app.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to schools through the platform.
