These terms govern use of Campus Matrix, a product of Aevos Technologies. By using the platform, a school and its users agree to these terms.

1. Use of the service
Campus Matrix is provided to schools to manage their operations. Users must use the platform lawfully and only for the school’s legitimate administrative and educational purposes.
2. Accounts & access
Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials secure. Schools are responsible for managing which users have access and at what permission level.
3. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt to access data they are not authorised to see, disrupt the platform, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
4. School responsibilities
The school is responsible for the accuracy of data it enters, for obtaining any necessary consents from staff, parents and students, and for configuring the platform appropriately.
5. Availability
We work to keep Campus Matrix reliable and available. Occasional maintenance or factors outside our control may affect availability from time to time.
6. Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed according to the agreement between the school and Aevos Technologies. Pricing is tailored per school; see our pricing page or contact us for details.
7. Intellectual property
Campus Matrix, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Aevos Technologies. Schools receive a right to use the service, not ownership of the software.
8. Data
Handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. The school retains ownership of the data it enters.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aevos Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
10. Termination
Either party may end the engagement per the applicable agreement. On termination, access ends and data is handled per the Privacy Policy and the school’s instructions.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Patna, Bihar.
