How long does it take to get started?
Most schools are set up within a week. You create classes and sections, import students from an Excel sheet, and start with the modules you need — attendance and fees usually come first.
Can we import our existing student data?
Yes. Students import directly from Excel with a preview and row-level validation, so you can fix errors before anything is saved.
Is our data safe, and who can see it?
Your data is isolated to your school at the database level and access is controlled per role. Every sensitive change is written to an audit log. Aevos staff do not browse school data.
Can parents pay fees online?
Yes. Each school connects its own payment account, so fees settle directly into your school's bank account. Receipts are generated automatically once the payment is confirmed.
Do we need any hardware or devices?
No. Campus Matrix runs in the browser and installs on phones as an app. No biometric machines or servers required.
